Your request should include your full name, registered email address, registered mobile number (if applicable), application or account reference, a clear description of your request and any information reasonably required to identify the relevant records.
We may request reasonable proof of identity before processing a privacy request — this is necessary to prevent unauthorised access to or deletion of another person's information. Parents and guardians must ensure that the information provided about a child is accurate and lawfully submitted. We do not knowingly use children's personal data for behavioural advertising, tracking or profiling that may cause harm to the child.
If you believe that a child's personal data has been submitted without appropriate authority, contact [email protected].
Automated Tools & AI
Tripex may use automated tools or artificial intelligence to support document classification, information extraction, document-quality checks, detection of missing information or inconsistencies, application workflow management, customer-support assistance, fraud monitoring and internal operational processes.
Automated systems may make mistakes. Their output should not be treated as a decision by an embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Where appropriate, important application information will be reviewed by an authorised member of the Tripex team.
Tripex does not make or control final visa decisions — these are made exclusively by the relevant government authority. We will not intentionally use your visa documents to train publicly available artificial-intelligence models without an appropriate lawful basis, notice or consent where required.
