Description
Indian passport holders can travel to Malaysia for short-term tourism, business visits, family visits, or social visits without applying for a visa in advance, subject to Malaysian immigration rules. This visa-free entry facility is valid until 31 December 2026 for eligible Indian nationals travelling to Malaysia for social visit purposes.
Travellers must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) before arrival and carry all required travel documents, including a valid passport, confirmed return ticket, accommodation details, and sufficient funds for the stay.
The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is not a visa. It is a mandatory online arrival registration required before entering Malaysia. Final permission to enter Malaysia is granted by the Malaysian Immigration Officer at the port of entry.
This facility is suitable for Indian travellers visiting Malaysia for holidays, short business trips, family visits, meetings, events, or leisure travel.
