Description
Description:
Indian ordinary passport holders currently do not require a conventional Tourist Visa for a normal short visit to Saint Kitts and Nevis.
India is not included on the current official Ministry of Foreign Affairs list of visa-required nationalities.
However, Saint Kitts and Nevis introduced a mandatory Electronic Travel Authorisation system from 26 May 2025.
Indian tourists must therefore obtain an approved eTA before travelling.
The eTA currently costs USD 17 per traveller plus applicable payment and processing charges.
Applications are usually processed within approximately 24 hours, although the Government recommends applying around 2 weeks before travel.
The eTA is valid for 90 days from issuance but can be used for only one entry.
The 90-day validity period should not be confused with the permitted stay.
Official Saint Kitts and Nevis consular guidance states that Immigration determines the permitted stay on arrival and that the maximum initial stay is one month.
Travellers should carry a return/onward ticket, accommodation evidence and adequate funds for their stay.

Tripex is not affiliated with the Government of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Security, Immigration Department, High Commission, Embassy or Electronic Border Management System and does not guarantee travel authorisation or admission.
An approved eTA is permission to travel for immigration examination and does not guarantee entry.
Final entry permission and authorised duration of stay are solely at the discretion of Saint Kitts and Nevis Immigration.
Government and electronic travel authorisation fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
Applicants should verify the current requirements immediately before submission and travel.
