• Indian passport holders require a visa to enter Zimbabwe.
• India is currently classified under Zimbabwe Visa Category B. Category B nationals can obtain their visa at a Zimbabwe port of entry after paying the applicable visa fee. Zimbabwe Immigration also encourages travellers to process the visa online before travel.
• The applicant should hold a passport valid for at least 6 months. An official Zimbabwe government visa information page specifically states that the applicant's passport should have at least six months' validity.
• Travel must be for a genuine temporary holiday/tourism purpose. A Holiday Visa does not permit employment in Zimbabwe.
• A recent passport photograph is required.
• A clear scan/copy of the passport bio-data page is required for an online Holiday Visa application.
• Proof of residence is required for the Holiday Visa application. This should demonstrate the applicant's normal residential address in India.
• A destination address in Zimbabwe must be provided.
• Where the traveller will stay at a hotel, lodge, resort or other commercial accommodation, accommodation details should be provided.
• If the traveller will stay with a Zimbabwe resident, an invitation letter from the host is required together with the host's proof of residence/identity.
• Zimbabwe's official visa guidance states that an itinerary, hotel booking, or invitation letter from the host may be required.
• Travellers should be able to demonstrate that the visit is temporary and that they intend to leave Zimbabwe after the visit.
• Zimbabwe's Immigration Regulations allow an Immigration Officer to ask a visitor to provide evidence that they have sufficient means to support themselves and accompanying dependants during the visit and to meet the cost of leaving Zimbabwe. Accordingly, applicants should carry evidence of adequate funds, such as recent bank statements, particularly when requested.
• Travellers should carry an onward or return travel booking. Zimbabwe's immigration rules permit officers to request evidence establishing that the traveller intends to return to their country of residence and has the means to leave Zimbabwe.
• Travel insurance is not listed as a standard mandatory Holiday Visa document on the current Zimbabwe Immigration Holiday Visa requirements page. Comprehensive travel medical insurance is nevertheless recommended for the trip.
• A vaccination certificate is not listed as a standard Holiday Visa application document by Zimbabwe Immigration. Health/vaccination requirements can depend on the traveller's recent travel history and route. Travellers arriving from or transiting through countries with public-health vaccination requirements should verify current requirements before departure.
• Zimbabwe Immigration encourages travellers to complete the Zimbabwe Entry Declaration Form before travel for smoother entry processing.
• Visa approval does not give an unconditional right to enter Zimbabwe. The final entry decision remains with the Immigration Officer at the port of entry.

Description
Description:
Indian passport holders require a visa to visit Zimbabwe for tourism. India falls under Zimbabwe's Category B visa regime, which means Indian nationals may obtain a tourist visa on arrival at an eligible Zimbabwe port of entry or apply for an eVisa online before travelling. Zimbabwe Immigration encourages travellers to use the online system in advance.
For a standard tourist journey, an ordinary Single Entry Visa costs USD 30 and permits a tourism stay of up to 30 days. The Single Entry visa validity is one month. For online applications, Zimbabwe's eVisa platform states that processing takes an average of 7 working days and recommends applying at least 3 weeks before travel. Travellers using an approved eVisa should print their eVisa for travel; Zimbabwe Immigration states that the passport will be stamped on arrival.
Disclaimer:
Government fees, visa rules, processing times, and document requirements may change without prior notice. Tripex is not affiliated with any government, embassy, consulate, or visa processing centre and does not guarantee visa approval. Visa approval and entry permission are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or border officer. Embassy, consulate, government, and visa centre fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
Zimbabwe Immigration specifically states that payment is for processing and does not guarantee visa approval, and refunds are not issued for unused eVisas or refused applications. The Immigration Department may also change the visa type during processing, which may affect the final government fee.
