Apply for Seychelles Travel Authorisation Online with Tripex
The Seychelles Visitor’s Permit is initially granted for up to 3 months
Description
Description:
Indian ordinary passport holders do not require a conventional visa to visit Seychelles for tourism.
Seychelles operates a visa-free visitor-entry system. However, all tourists must obtain a mandatory Travel Authorisation through the official Seychelles Electronic Border System before travelling.
The standard Travel Authorisation currently costs approximately EUR 10.90.
After arrival, eligible Indian tourists receive a Visitor’s Permit from Seychelles Immigration.
The initial Visitor’s Permit is free of charge and may allow a stay of up to 3 months.
The Visitor’s Permit may be extended in periods of up to 3 months at a time, subject to Immigration approval, up to a total maximum visitor stay of 12 months.
Extensions currently cost SCR 5,000 for each additional three-month period or part thereof.
To qualify for entry, the traveller must hold a valid passport, return/onward ticket, confirmed accommodation and sufficient funds.
Seychelles Immigration currently specifies a financial reference of at least USD 150 per person per day.
A particularly important Tripex distinction is that Seychelles should be marketed as:
Visa-Free + Mandatory Travel Authorisation
and not as:
eVisa
or
Visa on Arrival.
Disclaimer:
Government Travel Authorisation fees, entry rules, processing options, immigration requirements, health requirements and Visitor’s Permit conditions may change without prior notice.
Tripex is not affiliated with the Government of Seychelles, Immigration and Civil Status Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Tourism Seychelles, Public Health Authority or Seychelles Electronic Border System and does not guarantee Travel Authorisation approval or admission.
Travel Authorisation approval does not guarantee entry.
Final admission and the duration of the Visitor’s Permit are solely at the discretion of Seychelles Immigration.
Government and Travel Authorisation fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
Travellers should verify transit-country requirements separately, as airlines or transit countries may impose different passport-validity, transit-visa or health requirements.
