Thailand Digital Arrival Card Requirements
To complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card, travellers must provide the following details:
- Valid passport information
- Full name as per passport
- Date of birth
- Nationality / citizenship
- Country of residence
- Arrival date in Thailand
- Mode of travel — air, land or sea
- Flight number, vehicle number or vessel details, if applicable
- Departure country / place of boarding
- Accommodation details in Thailand, such as hotel name, address or private residence address
- Email address to receive the TDAC confirmation
- Health declaration information, if required
- Details of countries visited within 14 days before arrival, if requested by the system
Important Notes
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card must be completed for every entry into Thailand. Children and infants also require a TDAC, and parents or guardians can complete it on their behalf.
Travellers who are only transiting through Thailand and do not pass through immigration may not need to submit the TDAC. However, travellers entering Thailand through immigration must complete the form before arrival.
All information must be entered correctly in English. Travellers should carefully check passport details, travel details and accommodation information before submission. Certain details, such as full name, nationality and date of birth, may not be editable after submission.
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is free of charge when submitted through the official Thailand Immigration Bureau website.
